Privacy policy

Without an account — the damage calculator and the meta tracker work without signing in. Nothing personal is collected when you use them.

With an account — signing up stores your email address, and, if you sign in through Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with the site. Everything you create is stored too: teams, matchup plans, opposing teams, saved calculations, game plans and notes.

Passwords are never visible to the site: authentication is handled by Supabase, which stores them hashed.

The email address identifies your account and lets you sign back in. The rest exists solely so your work is still there when you come back. Nothing is analysed, profiled or used for any other purpose.

Data is stored in a Supabase database, hosted in the European Union. The site itself runs on Vercel. Confirmation and password-reset emails are sent through Brevo.

Access to your own rows is enforced at the database level: another signed-in user cannot read your teams or your preparation.

The site uses only what it needs to function: a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a small cookie remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers.

Usage statistics come from pokechamdb, damage calculations use the Smogon engine, sprites and game data come from the @pkmn project, and Champions learnsets come from Bulbapedia (CC BY-NC-SA 2.5). These are public game data and contain nothing about you.

Your data stays as long as your account exists. Delete your account and everything attached to it is removed from the database — teams, plans, calcs and notes included.

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its processing. Most of it is already in your hands: teams, plans and matchups can be edited or deleted from the site at any time.

If data handling changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
